Delivery
All carriage is automatically calculated and charged at a rate depending on where you are located and you see all totals before committing to buy. Traditional Irish Mirrors are carefully packed and shipped via UPS and should reach you in perfect condition. If an order is damaged we will offer either a free replacement or a refund. We advise that any claims be made within 1 week of delivery. Mirror Ireland may ask for photographic proof of damage or return of goods to back up any claim.
All our Mirror prices are inclusive of Value Added Tax (VAT). Import duties and/or taxes may be imposed by your local government on shipments from outside your country. These charges are separate from Mirror Ireland's charges and are beyond our control or ability to predict. These charges (if any) are made payable to your government. You are responsible for paying any taxes, duties and/or customs fees charged by your government. Please check with your local post office for more information.

All Traditional Irish Mirrors are made to order in our workshops and due to their specialised nature, we do not keep a stock of any mirrors. They normally take up to two weeks to be manufactured.

We have a continuous quality control check on all our mirrors throughout the different stages of production. Prior to delivery each mirror is individually wrapped to ensure that it reaches you in the same prime condition that it left our workshop.

Guarantee
Mirror Ireland guarantees that all our mirrors are made to the highest standards. Please note that Traditional Irish Mirrors do not require assembly. If for any reason you should find any manufacturing fault please contact us.

All orders are dispatched from our workshop in Dundalk, Co. Louth. We make every effort to deliver mirrors within the estimated timescale, which at present is approx. 4 weeks, however delays are occasionally inevitable due to unforeseen factors.

If for any reason the 20 working day deadline cannot be met you will be kept informed and offered a choice of either continuing with the extended delivery time or cancellation with a full refund. During holiday periods i.e. Christmas, Easter & annual shutdown, deliveries may take longer.
