1. How do I contact Customer Services?

2. Can all mirror collections be personalised?  
Unfortunately, we do not accept personalisation requests for our Traditional Mirrors collection.

3. Can I order by phone or fax?
If, for whatever reason, you don't wish to order online, you can place your order by phone or fax.

4. What type of image or photograph should I provide?  
We accept all the most common formats - JPEG, GIF & BMP.

The upload time will depend on the file size and your Internet connection speed. Please be patient when uploading a large image.

Please try to use the best-quality image possible. If your image is below the minimum resolution/size requirements, do not simply increase the size in your editing software. You must either rescan the image or use a higher-quality image.

When scanning in photographs, please use a resolution of 300 dpi or higher.. Low-resolution images cannot be increased without loss of image quality. Your image will be reproduced as it appears.

5. Where do I put my personalisation details on my web order? 
When placing your order, check the Sandblasting Services Box indicating that you wish to avail of our sandblasting services. When you have completed your on-line order, you will receive an email containing a reference number confirming that your order has been received. Email info@mirrorireland.com with details about your inscription, logo use or other branding information. Please include your online order reference in the email along with contact details and ensure that you have provided us with the correct personalisation details (eg names/dates etc) as we cannot be held responsible for mistakes once the mirror has been personalised.

6. Can I submit an image other than one of my own?
Yes. But customers should note that when an order is submitted by them, they have confirmed to us that they own the rights to their respective image (Art, Photography, Print or otherwise), and/or have given/obtained the relevant permission.

Please Note: We cannot reproduce copyrighted photos and images. We reserve the right to refuse any objectionable material.

7. Will my image or photograph be exactly the same on my chosen mirror?
Yes, but on a very rare occasion a very old photograph may possibly need some degree of cropping and editing by our designers to best fit your chosen mirror. The quality will also vary depending on the quality of your original photo.

8. What if my photograph is valuable?  
If your photo is valuable or of sentimental value, we strongly recommend that copies are made before sending them to us as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost or damaged in transit.

9. How can I purchase a mirror?
Placing an order at Mirror Ireland is just like purchasing at a shop. You put your chosen mirror into the shopping cart, proceed to the checkout and pay. As payment is left until the end, you are free to change your mind at any stage before that. When you have finished shopping, click on checkout to give us your shipping / billing details.

  • Giving us a telephone number means we can contact you if there is a problem with the order. It will not be released to any third parties.
  • If your shipping address is the same as your billing address, you do not need to enter them again.
  • When sending to a different address, please enter the recipients address.
  • We require an email address to let you know about the status of your order. Your email address is kept confidential and is not released.

10. How will I know you received my order?  
After you place your on-line order, you will receive an email confirming that your order has been received. Once your payment has been cleared the mirrors will be manufactured and then shipped.

11. Will the mirror received be exactly as seen on the website?
Yes. Remember our mirrors will be designed and manufactured specifically for you.

12. Where can I get price quotes?

13. Can I order by phone or fax?

14. What type of payment options are available?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Laser, Diners Club International, Visa Electron, and Delta credit cards. All online orders are secure and protected by 128-bit SSL encryption. If you are paying by personal cheque, certified cheque, or money order, we require payment in full at the time of order. Please contact us if you have any questions.

15. When is my credit card charged? 
Your card is charged upon ordering. We typically charge the full amount of the sale and shipping upon order.

16. Do Irish Mirrors require assembly?  
The simple answer is NO. All our products are fully assembled prior to packaging and shipping.

17. Are Irish Mirrors guaranteed?  
Yes, they are guaranteed against any defects caused by the construction. Damage caused by wear and tear, natural events or other events beyond our control are not covered.

18. How soon can I receive an Irish Mirror?  
Overseas delivery normally takes (3 - 4 weeks; allow extra time for remote areas).

19. What is the cost of shipping?

20. What shipping carrier will be used?  
Mirror Ireland have partnered with UPS who offer a tracking service whereby our customers can follow the progress of their order at all times
